PRO WRESTLING

PROGRAM DETAILS

Pro Wrestling classes offer a unique approach to Professional Wrestling training, with a focus on physical conditioning, proper execution of fundamental movements, and rare MMA submission and throwing techniques adapted for Professional Wrestling. In addition to these technical skills, you’ll gain insight into the psychology and storytelling that are essential for captivating in-ring performances. Whether you’re trying Professional Wrestling for the first time or refining your existing skills, you’ll receive high-level training in a world-class environment.

Led by Professional Wrestling Coach Andrew McRae. Andrew brings over 7 years of coaching experience in Professional Wrestling, Submission Grappling/Catch Wrestling, and Judo for both adults and kids. From 2013 to 2019, he trained under Yuki Ishikawa and Anthony Carelli (Santino Marella), specializing in rare catch wrestling techniques passed down through the generations from Karl Gotch, Satoru Sayama, and Yoshiaki Fujiwara.

Andrew has wrestled in WWE and other high-profile organizations worldwide, including Satoru Sayama’s Real Japan Pro Wrestling in Japan, Carlos Colón’s World Wrestling Council in Puerto Rico, and Brian Dixon’s All-Star Wrestling in the UK.

In 2017, he founded his own professional wrestling promotion Junction City Wrestling, and produces local events on a regular basis, where he also competes under his ring name, Freedom Wallace.

Andrew brings his diverse background into a unique, one-of-a-kind professional wrestling program focused on conditioning, fundamentals, and MMA techniques.
