BOOT CAMP & X-FIT: Our Boot Camp class is a high-intensity workout that sculpts your body and burns calories at a high level. Budo X-Fit is our version of an even higher-intensity interval training designed to consistently push your system and deliver results. Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility, quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights. Boot camp classes are generally less intense than X-Fit classes. Beginners can start at the boot camp classes and ramp up to integrating X-Fit classes as the progress.
BOX FIT & MUAY THAI FIT: Box Fit & Muay-Thai Fit are high-intensity workouts that sculpts your body and burns calories while providing a mix of the basics in both boxing and Muay-Thai which keeps the classes fun and fresh. You will need your own boxing gloves and wraps to take part in these classes. We offer both for purchase at our front desk.
